As Built Drawings (DGN Format)
Queens Midtown Tunnel (QMT). Judlau Contracting hired HPCL to complete all AS Built Drawings for this prestigious $236.5 million project.
Structural work at the tunnel included the replacement of catwalks, duct banks, wall tiles, ceiling finishes, polymer panels, curbs and gutters. The tunnel was also expected to get new roadway LED lighting and clearly marked exit signs, lights and emergency phones.
This Capital project included replacing the fire line system in both tubes, and a complete rehabilitation of the Manhattan Exit Plaza, including the 36th Street ramp where full and partial repairs were done.
Gansevoort Peninsula is designed to provide visitors with various amenities, including a salt marsh, a public art installation known as “Day’s End,” an athletic field, a launch area for kayaks and small boats, a tree lined promenade, and access to the waterfront. It’s important to note that swimming is not allowed at this location. Hudson Peaks played a key role by offering Building Information Modeling (BIM) support and producing shop drawings for this prestigious $73 million project.
NYCT P-36437 (Sandy Repair and Core Capacity Improvement Project in Canarsie Tunnel Rehabilitation and Capacity Improvement in Manhattan and Brooklyn_. HPCL was hired by TC Electric to perform As Built Drawings for this prestigious project.
The USD 477M contract includes work to improve two stations, and build a substation that will allow more trains to run on the line. The expedited contract also adds USD 15M in incentives to complete the tunnel project in 15 months. Contractual provisions were included to expedite demolition, encourage acceleration of the tunnel work, deter delays, enable traffic mitigation work, and the testing and commissioning of systems.
NYCT A-37110 ( ADA Upgrade of Bedford Park Boulevard Station Concourse Line in the Bronx). Paul J Scariano Inc./PJS Group and HPCL are working together to complete all As Built Drawings for this $15.7 million project.
The work to be performed under this Contract consists of ADA upgrade of the Bedford Park Boulevard Station on the Concourse Line (IND) in the Borough of The Bronx. The work includes furnishing and installation of one (1) street to mezzanine ADA compliant Elevator and two (2) mezzanine to platform ADA compliant Elevators and reconstruction of platform edges.
LIRR -6239 (Nostrand Avenue Station Rehabilitation). HPCL provided As Built Drawing service for this project. This $28.1 million construction was started in 2017 and finished in January 2020 by Forte Construction Corp.
The Nostrand Avenue Station has been completely rehabilitated, and new elevators have been added to the station to make it fully ADA-compliant. In addition to new elevators, enhancements to the station include: replacement of station platforms; new railings and a canopy roofing system; replacement of the four overpasses and platform stairs; installation of two new elevators; replacement and upgrades to station lighting; electrical and communication systems; CCTV security cameras; signage and 86 panels of art glass on the platforms.
NYCT C-40241 (Elevator Upgrade: Seven Elevators at Five Bus Depot) This is a $14.72 million dollar Capital Program Management project. We are contracted by Forte Construction Corp to provide the As Built Drawings in both *DGN and *PDF format. Gun Hill Bus Depot, Casey Stengel Bus Depot (Maintenance Building), Manhattanville Bus Depot, Jackie Gleason Bus Depot, and East New York Bus Depot.
C-33242R (Overcoat Painting and Structural Repairs 72nd Street to 104th Street, Flushing Line, Queens). Ahern Painting Contractor hired HPCL to perform all As Built Drawings for this $49.25 million project.
The scope of work for this project calls for the scraping, cleaning, and painting of the elevated steel structure and select station components from 72nd Street to 104th Street on the Flushing Line in the Borough of Queens. Component concrete and steel repairs are included within the same limits.
